Survey says, CDC will hit ya back

While looking for some juicy peanut allergy stats, i stumbled across CDC’s sample ways of diverting phone calls. it’s interesting which calls the center directs it operators to pretty much just send to answering machines.
Example 1
“A citizen calls because he wants help paying for HIV drugs [decision point 8, reference chart A: transfer call to answering machine].”
Remind me not to ask the CDC for HIV medicine. I’m glad the Evergreen doesn’t publicize its outline for dealing with kooky callers.
