Konfession: I Keep Up with the Kardashians
I bet you didn’t know …
I’m a huge Kardashians fan.
There, I said it. Those close to me knew long ago.
It’s really the gym’s fault!
I used to always watch MTV and CNN at the WSU Rec Center. One day early last summer, they switched the TV in front of my favorite elliptical to E.
The True Hollywood Story was on about … you guessed it. The K-Krew. (Avoiding names for unwanted SEO.)
Since I moved here, my gym has only 20-odd channels, and E is usually my best bet. (Sometimes Las Vegas on TNT or Comedy Central, but mostly E.)
For months and months, the Ks were on during my workouts. I got hooked. I fell in love with all of them.
There’s a reason they’re famous, you know? They’re charismatic and charming and stunning and hilarious and quirky.
And in a weird way, the sisters and their relationships remind me of my own sisters and our relationships. Their closeness and their crudeness, especially.
They’re like us … but with a little more class and a lot more money.
You don’t even want to know how many calories I’ve burned while cracking up at their antics. So shoot me.

Konfession: Ditto.
(Except all that talk about the gym.)
I apparently saw two of the Kardashian younger sisters the other day at the mall. I only knew because someone pointed them out to me. Slater from Saved by the Bell was also there!
Kind of makes me want to watch them. Only a little.
@Dan, You mean Kendall and Kiley? Something tells me that was your mom who pointed them out. Amiright?
@Krista WATCH IT. You will get hooked.
